VIVA LAS VEGAS 2010 |
One of the biggest events in the HASSRA Calendar is Special Event. This is now a biennial event that has been running since 1962 and brings together some 600 HASSRA members to compete for their region in a variety of sporting and non sporting activities. Each region accumulates points for each event depending on their placing. At the end of the day, all points for each region are totalled and the region with the most points is awarded the Directors Trophy. Have a look at previous years’ winners. ‘Viva Las Vegas’ 2010 will be hosted by HASSRA South East at Canterbury University on Friday 10th September 2010. The events on the day will include: • Men’s Five-a-side Football (National Championships) • Ladies Netball (National Championships) • Give us a clue • Texas Hold’em Poker | |
