Love2shop Gift Voucher Competition

Over 3,200 members entered the Christmas Love2shop gift voucher competition with six lucky members each receiving a Love2shop gift voucher to the value of £500. The winners are Teresa Hodgson (Sutton-in Ashfield), Joan Pearson (Chester Le Street), Michael Abiona (London Stratford), Garth Graydon (retired), Julie Grimes (Nuneaton) and Janice Towers (Tyneview Park). They all answered correctly that Westfield Stratford City is Europe’s largest shopping city.

Last Second Tickets – Red Hot Chili Peppers Free Prize Draw Winners

Last Second Tickets offered HASSRA members the chance to win a pair of tickets to see the Red Hot Chili Peppers perform live on 17^th November 2011 at the Motorpoint Arena, Sheffield simply by registering on the LST site. Due to the fantastic rate of sign-ups, LST decided to give away another pair of tickets. The winners were Lorraine Need (Sutton Coldfield) and Michele Daw (Sheffield Mayfield Court). Rock on!!

Halloween Weekend Break Competition

Elizabeth Marshall (Sheffield Porterbrook House) was the lucky winner in our Halloween Competition winning a family weekend break (for up to four) at the Alton Towers Resort for the Halloween Scarefest on 28^th and 29^th October. The prize included 2 nights B&B accommodation in the Alton Towers Resort, 2 day family passes to the Theme Park and Water Park and £250 spending money.

The question asked was ‘What date does Halloween fall on each year?’ and the correct answer is 31^st October.

Ipad Competition

With over 5,000 entries, this proved to be the most popular competition of the year so far!

Four lucky HASSRA members correctly answered the question “Which fruit is associated with the ipad?” as ‘Apple’ and each won themselves a 16GB Apple ipad2 with case. The winners are:

Amanda Field (Bridlington JCP), Angela Tait (Clyde & Fife BDC), Joanne Kitson (Bolton JCP) and Saleh Ahmed (Ilford BDC). Well done!
