Allocation of Numbers

The Draw

  • The monthly draw is conducted by HASSRA Corporate Services and scrutinised by independent witnesses
  • After the results have been checked and verified, prize winners are notified personally by letter

The Prizes

  • The Lottery prize levels are determined by the National HASSRA Board of Management and monitored by the Promoter. Recommendations are made to the National HASSRA Board of Management as to when these should be varied
  • Wherever possible, cash prizes will be paid with the salary of the winning draw participant as a non-taxable addition in the month following the draw. Where this is not possible, the prize will be paid by BACS payment within four weeks of the relevant monthly results being published
  • There is no cash alternative for the car prize(s) or other publicised non-cash prizes. All such prizes are pre-ordered
  • The Association will, from time to time, promote the HASSRA Lottery car prizes and indicate the make and model of the cars on offer within various items of promotional literature. However, HASSRA reserves the right to substitute the prize cars with vehicles of a different specification at any time, subject to the agreement of the draw Promoter and the National HASSRA Board of Management
  • Following receipt of written confirmation of a HASSRA Lottery car prize win, the winner is required to take delivery of their vehicle or otherwise dispose of it within a maximum period of 1 month from the date of such notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
