Booking Rules

Any cancellations must still be paid for unless HASSRA or you find a replacement – in this way we can still run trips. Please do not enquire about availability. Only book if you are interested and a receipt or return of payment will confirm if a seat has been secured. Additional costs will be notified in good time and wherever possible will be at a discounted group rate. ALL bookings are dealt with in order of receipt.

Balances for weekend trips are usually due six weeks prior to the date of the trip, but passengers will be written to with details of balance due.
