HASSRA Fylde is changing the way it processes Coach Trips and Short Break Trips

What are the changes?

As from 1st June the process of Hassra Fylde trips is being updated and being transferred from Suzanne and Doreen. It will be undertaken by Lorraine Fox located in Newcastle upon Tyne with assistance from a Fylde BOM member.

There will now be a simplified pricing structure for all trips including the trips from August previously advertised. From 1st June each trip will be priced on an individual basis with two price levels

• will be a subsidised price for HASSRA members.
• the other will be basic price with no subsidies.
• will only be a max of four designated pick up points which will be advised on each individual trip advert.
• payment on application will be required for Day trips
• for each short break trip will be £30.00 per person in the party.

What happens next?

There will be a new Coach Trip calendar on the HASSRA Fylde website pages, along side a full advertisement for each trip which will be found on the Regional Trips page. These adverts will be distributed on all of HASSRA Fylde distribution lists. If you are aware that there maybe members that do not have sight of these adverts please inform us via details below.

Members who have already declared an interest on any of the trips previously advertised please ensure that you will be emailed personally to ensure you have a place on any of the trips still running or will have any deposits returned if the trip you selected is not taking place.

If you are interested in going on any of our trips please follow steps below.

You can either book by completing the application form on the advertised trip and send to the address below with the stated deposit or full balance for day trips.

Or complete application form and take into the Norcross office again with the stated deposit or full balance for day trips.
