Poker Night

Thursday 22nd July 2010

Three Tuns Hotel, Durham, 8pm

• Ladies and Men’s Poker Nite

The winners of both tournaments will be given the opportunity to represent North Region at Special Event in September

All levels of ability will be catered for so if your poker knowledge is novice to professional everyone will have an equal chance of winning / progressing to the final table

All entrants into the HASSRA Poker Tournament obviously have to be members of HASSRA but after the initial Knockout round to find the two final tables, the poker equipment will be available to play / practice, so spectators / partners are more than welcome.

1 is a beginner 10 is Poker Pro this will help in a seeding process to give everyone fair and equal chance to progress to the Plate and Championship tables

HASSRA Regional Pool Competition 2010

Entries are now invited for the Regional Pool Competition. Registration will be from 10.00am with games commencing at 10.15am. To register your entry, please complete the pool booking form

The winner of this competition will represent HASSRA North East in the National Competition which is being hosted by HASSRA Scotland in November 2010.

HASSRA Regional Snooker Competition 2010

Durham City Snooker and Social Club, Durham

Entries are now invited for the Regional Snooker Competition. Registration will be from 10.00am with games commencing at 10.15am. To register your entry, please complete the snooker booking form.

The winner of the competition will represent HASSRA North East in the National Competition, which is being hosted by HASSRA Scotland in November 2010.

HASSRA REGIONAL 5 A-SIDE COMPETITION 2010

Games commencing at 3.00pm.

Entries are now invited for the HASSRA Regional 5 A-Side Competition. Depending on the number of entries there will be a group stage followed by a knockout competition. There will be a presentation and a buffet after the event with an estimated finish time of 18.00pm. to

The Winner of the competition will represent HASSRA North East at Special Event in Canterbury on Friday 10^th September.

All players must be full HASSRA Members

Special Event 2010: VIVA LAS VEGAS!

Events include:

• TEXAS HOLD’EM POKER
• HASSRA’S GOT TALANT
• LADIES NETBALL: We need a team of TEN – trials are currently being planned.
• MEN’S 5-a-SIDE FOOTBALL: We need a team of SEVEN. A qualifying competition will be organised.
• GIVE US A CLUE We need a team of FOUR people, comprising at least ONE male and ONE female competitor. A qualifying competition will be organised.

HASSRA Rambling Club

Below you will find a calendar of walks from a local Saturday walking club.

We have been invited to attend any of their walks. The first 50 HASSRA members attending any of these walks will be allowed to receive a £2 subsidy towards the £7 attendance cost.
