After the event

In the week following the event:

  • Issue results, feedback questionnaire and link to expenses form to competitors.
  • Ask the photographer and reporter to email a selection of photos and the event report to the Regional Committee and regional website publisher.
  • Forward attendance sheet, results, and wear & tear stencil[s] to the Regional Committee, or if appropriate, place in shared drive.
  • Confirm names of representatives at National to the Regional Committee.
  • Return kit & equipment.
  • Forward event expenditure breakdown, if appropriate, and expenses form to the Regional Finance Sub-Committee .
  • Advise the RBP if a participant has expressed an interest in the HASSRA Development Scheme or merits consideration for a Regional Award. DN: the Regional Committee can provide details on the awards presented in your region.
