Members who already had a HASSRA Shop account

From the HASSRA Live Homepage Click “Sign in” the top right hand corner.

You will then see Member Sign in page.

Complete the “Sign into HASSRA Live” section with your shop log in (e-mail and password).

The “Welcome” page will then be displayed.

Click on the “My Profile” page.

Complete all mandatory fields as well as well as the optional fields that apply to you.

Sign up to newsletters here (if you haven't already done so) and select the sports and leisure activities that are of interest.

Click “Update Profile”.

You have now activated your account.

Members who did not have a HASSRA Shop account

From the HASSRA Live Homepage.

Click “Sign in” the top right hand corner.

You will then see Member Sign in page.

Complete the “Activate your HASSRA Live Account” section with your initial or first name, last name, employer/retired and staff/pension number.

Then click “Register”.

The “Activate your HASSRA Live Account” page will be displayed.

Complete the e-mail address and password boxes – keep a record of these as you will need them to access your HASSRA Live account in future.

Then check your membership details displayed on this page and update if necessary. E.g. employer, employer location etc.

Click on continue.

You are then taken to a further page “Activating your HASSRA Live Account” page.

Enter your personal details and complete all of the mandatory fields and any of the optional fields that apply to you.

Sign up to newsletters here and select the sports and leisure activities that are of interest.

Press “Submit”

You will then receive a message that states “Congratulations you have successfully activated your HASSRA Live account”
