To make sure you receive our email you need add noreply@hassra.org.uk and newsletter@hassra.org.uk to your safe senders; list.
If you ever find our emails in the Junk or Spam. This should move the email to the Inbox and help teach your email client not to mark those emails as junk/spam in future.
Here are instructions on how to add our email address to the safe senders' list for some of the most common email clients.

Click Contacts in the right toolbar
Click Add Contact
Enter HASSRA/HASSRA Live and additional if you wish
Click Add Contact button in the popup to finish
Gmail
Open the email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
Click on the little down-pointing-triangle-arrow next to reply
Click Add HASSRA/HASSRA Live to contacts list to finish
Yahoo
Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
Click Add HASSRA/HASSRA Live
On the Add Contact popup, add additional information if needed
Click Save to finish
Windows Live Hotmail
Open the email message from the sender you want to add to the safe senders' list
Click Add to contacts next to the sender's name (HASSRA/HASSRA Live) to finish
Outlook,com
Open the email message from the sender you want to add to the safe senders' list
Click Add to contacts next to the sender's list (HASSRA/HASSRA Live) to finish
Microsoft Outlook 2003
Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
Right-click Click here to download images in the grey bar at the top of the message
Click Add Sender to Senders Safe List to finish
Outlook 2010 & 2013
Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
Click on the Home menu
Click Junk> Never Block Sender
Apple Mail
Right-click on the email you received (in the list of emails)
Click Add to Address Book
Ipad, iPhone or Ipod Touch
Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
Tap the sender and add to either a new contact or an existing contact
Android Devices - Samsung, Google Nexus and others
Open an email from the sender that you want to add to the safe senders' list
Tap the picture of the sender
Tap OK to add to contacts
