Don't worry if the process has not gone smoothly and you have missed HASSRA subscriptions. Please leave us a message on the HASSRA Live chat function and we will get in touch with MyCSP to reinstate payments for you. You won't be able to access your account until you contact us but once you have contacted us we will give you access as soon as we receive your message. You can contact MyCSP directly and ask them to start your HASSRA payments again. Remember to reinstate both HASSRA membership and HASSRA lottery payments, if required. You won't be able to access your account until we receive a payment unless you leave us a message on the HASSRA Live chat function telling us what has happened.  We will allow you access to your HASSRA Live account as soon as we pick up your message.
