It's important to remember that e-tickets are non-refundable and we strongly recommend that you check your order before submitting.

How to redeem your e-tickets:

Once purchased from HASSRA, your e tickets will be sent to your email registered with your HASSRA online account, you can also view your e-tickets by checking your order tracking and clicking download discount code via your profile when signed into HASSRA online.

As no booking is required, you can just turn up on your preferred day of visit and show your e tickets either printed or via your smart phone at the entrance at Marwell Zoo.

Age 2 and under – Free

Age 3 to 16 - Child ticket required

Age 17 and over - Adult ticket required

Guests who arrive at the zoo without e-tickets will be turned away
