You should have received an email within seven to ten working days of placing your order providing you with your digital card. Please check your junk/spam email folder to see if it is there. If  you have not received your Tastecard please contact one of the team via the online chat with your order number, name and email address.

If this is a gift for someone else and you specified their email, they will receive the information via email telling them how to redeem it.
