Password Reset

HASSRA is constantly reviewing all aspects of security to ensure maximum protection of your data. Members are required to have passwords that conform to the highest security criteria so you may be prompted to change your password when you sign in. The system will check your new password and let you know if and why your password does not conform. Your new password must be at least 8 characters in length and contain at least one capital letter, at least one lower case letter, at least one number, and at least one symbol such as @?%!£ etc. Passwords containing a recognised dictionary word will not be accepted.   You will be asked to change your password every six months.

It may take up to a hour to receive the password reset email. If you have not received the email please check your spam and junk folders.
