Venue and Timings
This will be an all-day event on Saturday 12th September. It will take place on and around the University Campus.
Event Format and Rules
This is an Open event therefore regions are invited to submit names of all members who want to participate by no later than 29th March 2019. However we do have a maximum number who can participate. In the event that we have more names than places available, a random draw will take place.
You will be representing your region in competing for the Graham Schofield Trophy, as well as individual prizes. This will be a live competition and prizes will be awarded for work produced over the course of the day, so you will need to come armed with keenness and an open mind.
The competition is open to photographers with all levels of experience.
Digital enhancement of any kind is not permitted and will result in disqualification. All pictures should be recorded as JPEGs and will be shown on a big screen for judging.
A full set of rules will be issued to all competitors prior to the event.
Kit and Equipment
Suitable outdoor clothing and footwear should be worn. You will need to bring your own camera equipment; you can use either a ‘point and shoot’ camera or a DSLR.
Lunch will be provided and refreshments will be available to purchase.
