You should now publicise the event using the Circular Template, which should outline arrangements and include adequate space for members to complete their entry details and any additional information. Refer to the regional organiser checklist for distribution arrangements. A Website Stencil should also be completed, including the same information, and emailed to your regional web publisher for inclusion on the regional website.
The Regional Committee will include the circular in their regional communications as soon as possible after receipt. In addition participants from the previous years’ event and any new members who have expressed an interest should be provided with details of the event, your Regional Committee can provide you with a list of those to be contacted.
