The cost of travel, meals and accommodation will not be met by HASSRA Wales and will be the sole responsibility of the member and their party.

If your application is successful you will be contacted by the 23rd February 2024, and a non-refundable payment of £25.00 per person will need to be paid by the 1st March 2024 to secure your tickets. Balance payable by the 31st May 2024. If the non-refundable payment of £25.00 per person is not received by the deadline, your tickets will not be secured and will be offered to the next person on the reserve list. On confirmation of second payment (full balance paid) the ticket codes will be issued by e-mail. Please ensure your contact details are up to date to avoid any issues with receipt of the tickets.

These tickets will NOT be eligible for claims under the HASSRA Wales discount scheme.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Tickets are limited to a maximum of 4 per HASSRA Wales member
Tickets will be allocated via a ballot.
Assuming you are available, you can select both performance dates but, if your application is successful you will only receive tickets for one performance (to be allocated by the organiser).
Payment of £47.50 per ticket is to be made by the date specified in the confirmation e-mail and failure to pay by the specified date will result in tickets being re-allocated.
No assistance with travel, meals or accommodation is included. This offer is for performance tickets only.
HASSRA Wales will not, under any circumstances, be party to arrangements to exchange tickets for alternative performances or seats. Please ensure you are available to attend the performance before applying. Once the ticket QR code is released to the member by HASSRA Wales the deal is concluded and HASSRA Wales will enter into no further discussion with regard to refunds or exchanges with the exception of the clause outlined at **
