Join us for a weekend of Christmas shopping and sightseeing in Ostend and Bruges between 29th November and 1st December 2024.

“Winter Glow” – that’s what Bruges calls its Christmas festival. It evokes the warm welcome of Christmas in the face of the long, dark nights of deep winter, and the cold bite of the weather pushing in across the polders from the North Sea. It speaks of the soft, golden lights of the shops, pooling around the busy Bruges Christmas market stalls, the sparkling street illuminations and Christmas trees, floodlit spires pointing into a starry sky, and log fires in the taverns.

The price will include;

Normal Cost is £299.00 pp, HASSRA North West price is £249.00 pp based on 2 people sharing a twin or double room (Single person subsidy £120).
Due to expected demand and limited spaces we can only offer 1 guest per HASSRA Member.

*Mercure Oostende is situated only 250 metres from the sandy beach and from the Casino Kursaal. The hotel is located close to the main shopping area of Ostend. Each of the modern rooms at Mercure Oostende has a flat-screen TV, and tea & coffee making facilities.

Pick up points will be confirmed nearer the date, but are most likely to be Blackburn Train Station and Warrington Train Station. Both of which have local reasonable parking available. PICK UP TIMES WILL BE AROUND 1:30AM.

The remaining balance is due no later than 30/09/2024. If your full balance is not paid by this date your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
We have a limit of 48 places on this trip.

REFUNDS.
If the event has to be cancelled either by HASSRA North West or the Tour Operator then you will receive a full refund of any money you have paid. If you need to cancel your booking you may not receive a full refund if HASSRA North West have already confirmed and paid for your place to attend, unless HASSRA North West are able to obtain a refund from the tour operator.
