Being held at Port of Menteith, Stirlingshire. FK8 3RA.

The event for 2026 will take place on Tuesday October 13th 2026.

A presentation meal will take place on the evening at the hotel.

Accommodation is still to be confirmed, this will be available on Monday 12th October and Tuesday 13th October.

Accommodation may also be available on request for Sunday 11th October.

This event will need to be approved by your Region, as this is not a HASSRA National event.

All rooms will be B&B basis. Twin rooms and a limited number of single rooms will be available.
