Submit a Chair's Certificate

As soon as possible after your AGM, the Club/Regional Chair (or their Deputy) should submit a Chair's Certificate from the Volunteering section of  their My Profile page to provide up-to-date details of the club or regional officials. 

During the year, the Chair (or their Deputy) should also submit a Chair's Certificate each time there are any changes to the committee, e.g. change of Treasurer, added/removed committee members, etc. (this list is not exhaustive).

This video shows an example of how to submit a Club Chair's Certificate, but the method is the same for Regions.
