HASSRA North East has obtained 5 corporate passes for HASSRA North East members to use for free entry to Beamish Museum

Please note the pass does not cover evening events.

Each pass admits you and 4 other people; if your party is larger than 5 you will be able to book an additional pass (maximum of 2 passes per member). Please note children under 5 do not need to be included in the party number

We ask you to provide up to 3 preferences for your booking date as due to the popularity of the passes we may not be able to guarantee your first choice.  Dates must be submitted at least 1 week in advance.

Once we have allocated you a date we will provide an email confirmation and you must then contact Beamish to book an entrance time to the site.  You may only enter the site at this time, however you are permitted to stay on site until the end of operating hours (4pm in winter, 5pm in summer).

To enable this to work without physical passes we are required to email details of your reservation to Beamish Museum.   When attending Beamish Museum, you must take confirmation of identity; this can be your on-site ID pass or your HASSRA membership card (either physical or electronic). You may also wish to take a copy of your confirmation email from us although this is not required.

If you'd like to book a place please download the booking form and send your completed form to

Please put your first choice date in the email title so we can prioritise the emails

All visitors using one of the Hassra NE Friends of Beamish passes aged five and over will need to pre-book an entry timeslot online for 10am, 11am and 12pm slots. No booking is required from 1pm onwards.
