Craft Workshop - September

Venue and Timings

This will be an all-day event on Saturday 5th September.

It will take place in The Rootes Building on the University Campus. 

Event Format and Rules

Each region will be invited to select a maximum of 2 people to take part in this workshop.

The event will encompass craft skills in Diamond Art Painting – participants will create individual pictures using the diamond art painting technique which involves hand placing resin ‘diamonds’ – also known as ‘drills’ – one by one, on to an adhesive-coated canvas that has been pre-printed with a colour-coded picture or pattern to create a colourful, shimmering piece of art and is open to beginners, intermediate and those with high levels of experience.

Kit and Equipment

Equipment will be provided and an experienced event leader will be on hand for advice and guidance.

Lunch will be provided and refreshments will be available to purchase.
