Welcome to the North East trips an events page. Please read the instructions on the adverts carefully before applying for an event. Emails must be sent to the trips inbox ONLY from 9am on the date stated.

Emails must be received after the opening time stated on the advert. Any emails received before the time will be deleted and not acknowledged
The receipt of an email at 9am does not guarantee a place on an event as they are often over subscribed and places are allocated on a first come first served basis and we have no control over the order in which emails are delivered to the inbox. Please be aware HASSRA NE has over 7500 members so you may not be the only one applying for the trip
We have a budget for each event to adhere to and it's not always practical to simply put on an extra coach or to purchase additional tickets.
Please remember the organisers of the events are volunteers and endeavour to ensure the majority of requests are met.
