If you are having problems logging in to your HASSRA Live account below are some hints and pointers to getting you access to your account
Which email address did you use to log on, work or personal? If you are unsure your club secretary has the club membership list and will be able to advise you which email you registered with
When asking for a password reset have you checked your junk/spam folder, some HASSRA live communications get moved there
When going into My Profile to update your password, scroll down to update, do not come straight out, check at the top, it will say update successful.
Passwords must be at least 8 characters in length and contain one number, one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and a special character such as @#_!?$£%^&+= and not contain names or dictionary words
Take a word, i.e. Summer, Capital at the beginning, half it and insert a number, then a symbol at the end, ie Sum20mer&, or substitute some of the letters for numbers F15h&ch1ps.
Then keep a note of your password
Every time you log into HASSRA live you will receive a notification that your account has been accessed, if this was around the same time you logged in then the notification can be deleted, this is just a security feature of HASSRA live
Any problems, either logging in, tickets etc. or any other questions, you need to go into the Help Desk feature on the website and search the Knowledgebase, if it does not give you the answer then you can raise a ticket, someone will get back to you.
The Help Desk is manned 9 to 5 during the week, any chats after 5pm will be answered the next working day.
