Along with a number of other departmental associations, HASSRA is affiliated to the Civil Service Sports Council (CSSC).
For an additional monthly cost of £5.99 per month, HASSRA members who also choose to join CSSC are eligible to take advantage of their offer, including a variety of inter-departmental sports competitions*.

From 21st to 30th September 2026, colleagues from across the public sector and civil service will be taking part in this 10-day step challenge to use the power of physical activity to improve their wellbeing in a fun, inclusive challenge.
Relax, Renew and Refresh.
Unlike other activity challenges, Relax, Renew & Refresh rewards participants for taking care of their mental, emotional and physical health.
Each destination they reach will provide the tools and tips to relax, unwind and sleep well. The more steps they log, the more destinations and tools they unlock.
