Make your own way to Cambridgeshire and enjoy a three-day break from Thursday 20th to Saturday 22nd June 2024, with two night stay on a bed & breakfast basis from only £47.00 per person at the Oliver Cromwell Hotel in the market town of March
The location
We will be staying in the charming fenland market town of March. The town is situated on the banks of the river Nene and boasts many independent shops, bars and restaurants.
The Hotel
The Oliver Cromwell Hotel is ideally located on the towns high street. All bedrooms are light and airy and benefit from individual air-conditioning. There is a restaurant and a lounge bar. We will be staying on a bed and breakfast basis.
Coarse fishing available
At an additional charge of £10 per day coarse fishing is available 17 miles away at Rookery Waters. The fishery consists of seven lakes and is one of the best commercial fisheries in the country. There is an excellent tackle shop and café on site.
We will be practicing on Jay Lake on the Thursday. On the Friday there will be a 6hr match on Crow Lake and there will be a 6hr match on Raven Lake on the Saturday.
