Inclusion & Wellbeing Competition 2025- Results

The results are in for the Inclusion & Wellbeing competition 2025 

Congratulations to all the winners who have demonstrated how they have promoted positive physical, mental and social wellbeing whilst respecting difference.­ 

The level of entries was again very high this year but these four were the cream of the crop for the following reasons:

First place 

Neath HASSRA and the Central People group - HASSRA Wales Outstanding commitment to improving colleague inclusion through the development and delivery of regular Wellbeing Walks in collaboration with the local People Group. Accessibility and individual personal needs were designed in to, and at the heart of, these events which helped foster an excellent spirit of belonging, connection and friendship across the office.   

Runner Up 

Wakefield - HASSRA Yorkshire & Humber Their EID breakfast celebration was a wonderful example of bringing people together in an inclusive way, ‘sharing food, smiles and stories’ and increasing cultural awareness to help build a strong sense of both internal team bonding and wider community spirit. 

Joint Highly commended 

Southend Jobcentre - Siobhan Perry and Kirsty Randall - HASSRA East of England Their Cultural Contribution event was a great way of celebrating heritage diversity within the office, welcoming new colleagues into the team and bringing everyone together, irrespective of grade, background or circumstance in a shared learning experience.

HASSRA South East Their ongoing series of Inclusion and Wellbeing Taster Days demonstrated a very strong commitment to connecting colleagues - of all ages and abilities to come together to try something new and different in a safe and empathetic environment.
