As part of our 90th birthday celebrations, we’ve been adding a splash of fun with a very special event – the chance to adopt your own duck and take part in our Duck Photography Competition

We want to make sure everybody gets a chance to go quackers! Our face to face duck adoption service ran during our recent HASSRA 90th celebration events, but please don’t get in a flap if you weren’t able to attend – email the HASSRA Sunderland inbox to have a duck wing it’s way to you!

Whether your duck has been exploring the garden, joining you on adventures, or simply posing at home, we’d love to see the creative photos you’ve captured. It’s all about imagination, humour, and celebrating our community spirit.

Thank you for helping us mark this milestone in such a unique and joyful way. We can’t wait to see your ducks in action!
