Registering does not guarantee a place at the event, The Organiser will contact those successful after the EOI's close.

Members registering will need to be available for at least Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd November 2025.
Reasonable accommodation and transport costs will be paid for by HASSRA North West as per current guidelines.
