Event will take place on Tuesday October 7th 2025. A presentation meal will take place on the evening at the hotel.

Accommodation is still to be confirmed, this will be available on Monday 6th October and Tuesday 7th October. Any further nights will need to be approved by your regions. All rooms will be B&B basis. twin rooms and a limited number of single rooms will be available. Packed lunches on the event day tbc.
