Join us for a fabulous event at Chocolate Bar in Leah's Yard. Chef Oliver Parnell has created a 7 course tasting menu for us.
Inspired and made using Sheffield's own Bullion craft chocolate.
You may know Oli from the Cricket Inn or his micro herb business Aqua Garden.

Menu:
• WELSH RAREBIT CRUMPIT - Braised Brisket - Hendersons
• CRISPY HAM HOCK - Burnt apple, celeriac and mustard
• SOURDOUGH FOCACCIA - Hendos brown butter
• KING SCALLOP - Thai green curry - lime - shisho - scallop cracker
• MISO AND GINGER LAMB BELLY - Pistachio dukka, tagine puree & roscoff onion
• 48 HOUR BEEF SHORTRIB - Beef fat hash brown, celeriac, horseradish, pickled shallot
• WHITE CHOCOLATE PARFAIT - Yuzu, almond and caramel

Timings:
• 6:30pm - Doors open for drinks and mingling
• 7:30pm - Food will be served
