The 2025 HASSRA Scotland AGM will be held at the MacDonald-Inchyra Hotel and Spa on Friday 6th March at 12.30pm.
A buffet will be served from 12noon.
Following the AGM will be our celebration. Enter the evening with a drink on arrival, 3 course meal, 80s tribute band entertainment and a full scottish breakfast the following morning. Full use of spa facilities also included.
Small Clubs [under 100 members] may send 1 delegate and 1 observer; Large Clubs [over 100 members] may send 1 delegate and 3 observers.
**There is a requirement to maximise attendance - you will have to share we cannot guarantee twins**
Reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed at the usual rates.
