Stating which option you are requesting, your name, HASSRA membership number, names of members & guests in your party, type(s) of room required and the train station you wish to travel from - Newcastle, Durham or Darlington.

You will receive an e-mail advising if your application has been successful or not. If successful you will have 7 days to return the booking form by email and pay your deposit by bank transfer.

Non refundable deposit £150 per person on booking plus balance due 26th January
