Elevate your brunch game with our 6 Course cocktail pairings experience. A celebration of expertly crafted cocktails at the heart of every course. Each Mediterranean-inspired small plate is thoughtfully paired with a unique handcrafted drink designed to enhance and complement its flavours.
This isn’t just a meal – it’s a journey through bold, vibrant cocktails and refined tastes creating an unforgettable experience for those who appreciate exceptional drinks as much as they do fine dining.
6 bespoke small plates, examples include:
Roasted chicken, white wine beurre blanc, creamed spinach, paired with Albarino, a Spanish white wine with notes of stone fruit, peach & light minerality.
Prawn gambas, chilli, garlic & parsley with fresh lemon, paired with French Intent, Mezcal, white vermouth, grapefruit and fortified wine.
Vegan and Vegetarian menus are available. If the paired cocktail is not to your taste, you may select a classic cocktail as an alternative.
We have negotiated a discount for all attending this event with the venue (usual price £45 pp) and Hassra Sheffield & Rotherham members and CSSC members get an additional discount making this event really good value.
