Venue:
• This year’s HASSRA Regional Photography Competition is being held at Packwood House, Packwood Lane, Lapworth, Warwickshire, B94 6AT.
• Members are to meet at the top end of the car park at 10:00 where you will receive further instructions for the day. The property opens at 09:00 and closes at 17:00.
• There is a lot to see and do at Packwood House. The house itself is a 16th-century Tudor house which was restored at the beginning of the 20th century. The garden includes brightly coloured borders, and you also have a lakeside walk.
• Car parking at the venue is free and is only a short walk to the entrance.

Categories:
• This year the categories will be Plants and Flowers, Landscape / Nature, Wildlife (includes Birds) and Architecture.

Equipment:
• You can use any equipment you have that can take a photograph; state of the art cameras, mobile phones etc.

Prizes:
• Prizes will be awarded in the form of Love2Shop gift vouchers to the First and Second placed in all four categories.

Food:
• There is a very good restaurant on site with plenty of seating inside and outside. HASSRA members are eligible to claim a £7.00 meal allowance for which itemised receipts must be provided. This is claimed back after the event via the expenses form on HASSRA Live.

Admission:
• Entry into Upton House and Gardens is £17:00 per person which can be reclaimed on your HASSRA expenses form. If you are a National Trust Member entry it is free to enter.

If you have never tried your hand at photography, give it a go. You might find you have a natural talent for it!
