Make your own Chakra bracelet

Chakra – in the context of yoga and spiritual practices, chakras are energy centre or wheels in the body believed to be focal point for life force. The 7 main chakras are located along the spine. Chakra bracelets are believed to help maintain emotional stability, mental clarity, and physical well being by restoring balance to the body’s energy system
Chakra bracelet workshops to be held early evenings on Monday 05.06.25, Monday 19.06.25, Monday 26.06.25 for max of 8 people per event.
6:00pm-8:00pm
All materials to be provided to make a bracelet based on the Chakras, and an overview of the 7 main chakras will be provided.
Water and snacks will be provided.
